Return & Refund Policy – Earrings

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your earrings, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The earrings must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Earrings that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Returns requested after the 7-day return window
  • Items purchased during special clearance or final sale offers (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so the issue can be reviewed quickly.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your order details.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product according to the instructions provided.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
